What does P11D Organiser do with the data: The P11D Organiser will use your GMail account to send emails on your behalf (or on behalf of designated shared mailboxes) to the email addresses that you have stored in the P11D Organsier specifically for the distribution of benefits data.
How does the P11D Organiser enhance user functionality: The P11D Organiser streamlines the distribution of benefits and expenses data to your employees by using OAuth2 to link to your GMail account. By linking your account, you enable the P11D Organiser to securely send mail without the need for the storage of any usernames and passwords.

No other data is collected or maintained, and the connection will ONLY be used for the designated purpose.
